Do your counselors take all insurance?
Each individual counselor is credentialed with specific insurance providers and may not be paneled with your insurance provider. Ask your counselor how out-of-network policies/claims are handled by them. If your counselor is not in-network with your insurance provider, you always have a private pay option.

How does your office handle out-of-network insurance claims?
Submission of claims for services provided by an out-of-network provider is the sole responsibility of the client, who will want to contact their insurance provider and request the appropriate form(s) and protocol. Payment will still need to be remitted to your counselor at the time of service. Upon request from the client, the counselor will provide a statement for client to submit with their request for reimbursement from their provider. In some cases a counselor may provide you with out-of-network claim submission paperwork. This does not guarantee coverage or reimbursement from your insurance provider. If you need additional paperwork from our office, please let us know. This service is not provided by all clinicians; each counselor decides which insurance to participate with, whether in or out of network.

Is childcare provided during counseling sessions?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare during sessions. We do ask that only the client(s) are in attendance for counseling sessions so that the focus may be on what is being addressed during counseling sessions.

Do your counselors treat children?
Our counselors each have different and sometimes overlapping areas of expertise, as well as experience with specific age groups. Currently, we do have the staffing to address children's mental health needs but are growing this as the need is great.
