Step Two: Client Portal
After your intake form has been processed by our office, you will receive an email from TherapyPortal.com with a link to create a Client Portal account within our system.
The link to do so expires seven days after being sent. Review of important office and privacy policies, as well as required additional paperwork is completed via electronic submission within the client portal. If you do not receive this email In your Inbox, please check your junk mail folder; if you need the link resent, a password reset or have not received the invite email, please let us know at info@relationalhealth.org. |

Step Three: Scheduling
Scheduling is generally only offered after our two-part online intake process has been completed. With paperwork completed beforehand, there is no need to arrive more than five minutes prior to your scheduled session start time.
GracePoint is blessed to offer counseling services with an excellent staff. Each counselor has a unique clinical schedule and billing options. If you are hoping to utilize your insurance or meet on a specific day or time, please share that information as soon as possible. Insurance coverage is not guaranteed; your insurance provider can confirm with you if our counselors are in-network with your specific policy, as well as what your coverage will look like.
