Our intake process is completed online within our secure client portal. In order to access the portal, our intake assistant will require the client's full name and date of birth, as well as the email address of the client or the parent/guardian of a minor client.

Step Two: Client Portal
Please look for an email from TherapyPortal.com with a link to create a Client Portal account within our system.
The link to do so expires seven days after being sent. Review of relevant office and privacy policies, as well as required additional paperwork is completed via electronic submission within the client portal. If planning to use insurance, our office will need a copy of the front and back of your insurance

Step Three: Scheduling
Scheduling is only offered after our online intake process has been completed and pending availability of our counselors.
With paperwork completed beforehand, there is no need to arrive more than five minutes prior
to your scheduled session start time.
GracePoint is blessed to offer counseling services with an excellent staff. Each counselor has a unique clinical schedule and billing options. If you are hoping to utilize your insurance or meet on a specific day or time, please share that information as soon as possible with the GracePoint assistants during the intake process.
Insurance coverage is not guaranteed; your insurance provider can confirm with you if our counselors are in-network with your specific policy, as well as what your coverage will look like.
